-communicating with the customer regarding the order
-providing carrier for issues with delivery
-notifying customer of shipment tracking numbers

Only if the customer indicates by a checkmark, do we use emails for in-house promotional sales, notification of new products, input on new product development, etc. only to be sent out no more than four times a year or once a quarter.
