Shipping Method: All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground. With FedEx Ground, you can have peace of mind knowing that your package will be handled with care and delivered in a timely manner.
Shipping Times: The shipping time for your order depends on your location. To provide you with accurate estimates, we have included a shipping time map that outlines the estimated transit times for FedEx Ground shipments. Please refer to the map to get an idea of how long it may take for your order to reach you. Expedited options are available upon checkout at an additional cost.

At Alexander MFG, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure your peace of mind.
Return Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
Return Procedure: To initiate a return, please ensure that the item is securely packed in its original packaging, along with all the included accessories and documentation. We recommend using protective materials to prevent any damage during transit. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Return Label: If you prefer the convenience of a FedEx return label, we can email one to you. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund upon arrival of the returned item. For further details and to request a FedEx return label, please contact our customer support team at 888-421-5010 during our business hours of 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, CST.
Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets the return requirements, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
