The Woodhaven Short Firewood Rack Covers

Well made, good fit, durable

Our Woodhaven firewood racks are loaded for their 19th winter, and remain in perfect condition. One of our 3 covers was damaged by ice (and my impatience), so a replacement was necessary. It arrived sooner than promised, is of the same or better quality as the one that shipped with the rack in 2006, and I felt the price was reasonable. Thank you, Woodhaven, for making a great product!

they last only two years in zone 7 USA - dry rot from sun and winter cold breaks the cover :(

We bought three 10-foot brown Woodhaven racks with matching brown covers about 6 years ago. We still have two of these original covers. The color has faded slightly from 6 years in full sun, but the covers are otherwise in very good shape -- no tears or deterioration.

I ordered a replacement this year for the third cover which was destroyed by our chipmunk-obsessed German Shorthair. She decided she needed to rip the cover apart to get to the sassy chipmunks hiding in the wood. Now that Gypsy is chasing chippies in the Summerlands, I expect these covers will be around for a long time. I don't fault Woodhaven for not making dog-proof covers. ;)

Great cover except that the holes that fit over the four rack support posts are too small to fit standard 2x4 supports.
