This is false advertising.

Every rack on this website is filled with wood in the picture of the item you think you’re buying. Only to be delivered with no wood, and an explanation that they can’t send wood, then they tell you you can send it back for a refund, and shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Even the picture on every email correspondence I’ve received from this company has a rack filled with wood, which is what I thought I was buying.

I did take the time to review our product page on the 16' rack and we do have in red font that the firewood rack does exclude firewood specifically. This information can be found under the 'Features' section of the product detail page. Also the listed shipping weight is 67 pounds. I can assure you that a 1 cord 16' rack filled with wood will weigh a considerable amount more than 67 pounds. We also don't specify any specific firewood species on our site which most if not all firewood suppliers do. Not to mention the fortune it would cost to ship all that firewood to your door.

We use images of our racks full of firewood so that people will know what the rack is intended for. A simple, empty rectangle frame doesn't describe our product very accuratly.

If you would like, we can still process you a refund once we receive the rack back to us. Also according to your order, you did get the 10' firewood rack and not the 16'.

Love my new 16foot rack. Gets my wood out of my garage,yet close to the house. I have a small rack near my wood stove in the basement. This allows me to just restock as needed for the stove and fireplace. Outstanding quality. Expect to have it for many years

i purchased 4 - 16 foot firewood racks and 2 - 4 foot racks. They are sleek and well built. Totally transformed our firewood storage. Cleaned it up and with covers my wood will be semi protected from weather.

  • Do We Sell Firewood?

    No, we do not offer firewood at the moment. You will want to search for a local supplier for deliveries.

  • How Long Do The Covers Last?

    Given that the covers are made out of material they will most likely need to be replaced every 2 to 5 years depending on your preference. With that said, we do try to provide the best long lasting covers.

  • How Do I Know If I need A Full Cover?

    Full covers work great for areas that receive a considerable amount of rain or snowfall. We strongly suggest that only cured or seasoned wood be put inside a full cover. Do not put freshly cut wood in a full cover for drying purposes.

  • How Much Firewood Will Fit In A Rack?

    This all depends on how long your firewood is cut. We base our cord volume on 24" long wood cuts. Some firewood dealers supply logs shorter than 24". This information is valuable to you and your supplier when ordering your next load of firewood.

  • Do I Need Support Bases?

    Our bases are designed to do a number of things. First they are made to keep your firewood rack from sinking into the dirt and mud to prevent rusting. If you have a nice deck or finished concrete they can come in handy to keep the rack from any potential damage. Just depends on preference and situation.
