I ordered a custom-sized rack so that it would fit under my window sill. The communication and service were exceptional, and the firewood rack is perfect--minimal, sturdy, and a breeze to put together.
I thought I needed the end caps to make sure that my porch floor wouldn't get scratched, but as it turns out, the rack came with them.

Needed to replace top caps on woodrack. No issues and perfect fit.

I have had a Woodhaven wood crib for more years than I can remember. The cover was more than showing its wear. I ordered a new one but measured incorrectly. The staff was very helpful and responsive. On the second try, I ordered the right cover for my crib and it arrived very quickly. It is perfect. What an improvement! My landscaper was working at the house the day I put the new cover on and he stood and admired it for a bit. After saying how much better the new cover looked, he volunteered, enthusiastically, to take the old cover to be discarded.
