OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

First of all - this product is perfect and exactly what we had desired! But the real review here is the customer service we received. Due to an error on my part, the rack was addressed to the wrong address - STATES AWAY - Woodhaven responded and worked quickly to get in touch with the shipping company to change the delivery location. They could have totally said "too bad." But they jumped in to help me resolve my situation...saving 100s of dollars!! THANK YOU!!!

Crescent Wood Rack some drawbacks

Arrived quickly, easy to put together , only downside is the cover that only covers about a foot of the wood, what is that useful for? and the bracket on the bottom should have more support as the kindling wood falls through.

Sturdy and great looking

The rack arrived quickly and well packaged. It's not too difficult to put together and it looks great. It's well made and should last a long time. The only minor complaint is that the assembly instructions are not very good. Otherwise, great rack.
