The Woodhaven 5ft Firewood Rack

The firewood holder was easy to put together and is very well built and sturdy!

Title pretty much says it all for our purposes, manufacturing in the USA. These racks and Woodhaven products in general are solid, well-built products that are a throwback to, a revival of, quality that the US was well-known for, decades past.

The metal is solid, strong metal, not the cheap, easily distorted (e.g. from tightening the component bolts too much) metal in all CCP (Chinese Communist Party) products found in major box stores such as Home Depot, Lowes and others. Woodhaven racks are an EXCELLENT value considering the build quality (the only modification I will suggest is a solid, flat bar at the top of the rack-ends uprights, vs. the current open tops - no cross bar, to lend additional strength and stability for firewood stacked near or to the top of the racks).

Assembling the racks took 20-30 minutes each, at a very casual, slow pace. Even the machining on the bolt holes is outstanding, close-tolerance (important to avoid the possibility of bolts shifting, possibly reducing stability)

Got a little carried away with Woodhaven racks though: two 6-ft L and one 5-ft L long rack. More room for firewood than I need, originally thinking that we could easily fill two 6-ft racks (looks like we'll have to find more firewood to fill the remaining two-thirds (2/3) of one 6-ft. rack and the currently empty 5-ft rack!).

Delivered quickly. Quality great. This is our 2nd rack. Needed for larger wood supply. Old one still in great condition. Website a tiny bit confusing on whether or not the cover was included, so waited till we received it to be sure we didn’t need to order the cover separately. Happily, the cover was included.

I ordered the 6ft Woodhaven log rack direct and, while it helps to live in KS, it shipped very quickly, and got to my home really fast! It was packed well in a thinner box which made me initially think "is that all there is?". Once I removed the parts from the box it was super easy to put together and everything just fit without any modification. The rack is just dang sturdy and you can feel it when putting it together. It took maybe 15min to get it all together. I will say using a cordless impact driver or drill helped out too :) Once setup, we stacked it full of hardwood on our covered porch and its been holding steady ever since. Can't be more pleased with it. Buy USA, support these guys, don't get suckered into a cheap overseas knockoff, spend a little more on a Woodhaven!!
